New Workstations

New Workstations for Sale

The way your workstations are laid out decides more about a workday than most people expect. Employees who need quiet either get it or they don't. Teams who need to talk to each other are either close enough to do it, or they're shouting across a floor. At LW Office Furniture Warehouse, we sell new workstations in configurations that match how your team actually works, whether you're seating six people or sixty.

You can see what we carry at our showrooms in Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis. All four draw from the same inventory, so if the setup you want is sitting at another location, we'll transfer it to yours at no cost. Delivery is available within 100 miles of any showroom.

Liquidate Your Furniture

What Is Office Furniture Liquidation?

When you have office furniture you no longer want or need, but believe it still has value, that's where office furniture liquidators like Liquidators' World can help. Liquidation (sometimes called office furniture decommissioning) is the process of selling your used office furniture to a wholesaler, sometimes as part of an office decommissioning process. We will assess what you want to sell, buy it from you, and come and remove it from your office space. It's a win-win-win!

Our liquidation services are quick, easy, and involve zero hassle. We know how difficult moving or redesigning can be, so we make sure getting rid of your old office furniture is as smooth as possible from start to finish. Learn more about our three-step process below.

Types of Workstations

There isn't one right answer. What works depends on your square footage, your headcount, and how much of the day your people spend talking to each other. These are the configurations that come up most often.

L-Shaped Workstations

An L-shaped surface gives one person a primary work area plus a return for a second monitor, paperwork, or a printer. It's a familiar setup and an easy one to get approved internally. If your team members keep the same desk year after year, this is usually where people land.

Team Workstations

Sometimes called clusters or pods, these group four to eight people around a shared core. Everyone gets their own surface and storage while staying close enough to talk without booking a room.

Panel Systems and Cubicles

Panels give people separation without building walls. Height is the real decision: lower panels keep sightlines open across the floor, taller ones cut noise and give someone a place to take a call. You can mix heights within the same footprint if different roles need different things.

Height-Adjustable Workstations

Sit-stand bases can be specified with most of the configurations above. Some businesses order them for an entire floor, others buy a handful for the people who request them. You can add more later without replacing the surfaces you already have.

New Workstations from LW Office Furniture

Workstation projects rarely start with a catalog page. Someone tells us how many people they need to seat and what the floor looks like, and we work back from there. Our design team can put together a layout so you can see how a configuration sits in your actual space before anything gets ordered.

Here's how a lot of our customers approach the budget: new workstations paired with pre-owned seating from the same visit. You get new surfaces where people notice them and quality chairs at a much lower cost, and the whole project comes in well under a fully new build. We keep 150,000+ sq.ft. of pre-owned and new inventory across the four showrooms, so you can compare both on the same trip.

If you're replacing an existing setup, we can take the old workstations off your hands. We handle decommissioning, liquidation, and removal, and depending on what you have, there may be value in it worth recovering.

Our showrooms in Cincinnati, Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis are open to the public Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Stop in to see the options, or contact us and we'll start with your floor plan.
